David Servant is a made-up, self-exalting name taken by a man to allegedly protect himself and his family from certain anti-Christ people who might find him/them and kill them all! At least that is the story! No doubt that many under his influence believe it. One such person thinks he is a hero! Dear reader, if you really believe that or not, he has maliciously slandered, not only me, but my wife too!
After David Servant (should be David Serpent) (DS) was Scripturally exposed and refuted (found at http://www.evangelicaloutreach.org/david_servant_great_gospel_deception.htm and http://www.evangelicaloutreach.org/david_servant_open_letter.htm ) for his false and dangerous holiness message, instead of repenting and changing his doctrine for his own soul’s sake and those he has misled, DS countered with a vicious attack of untruths and distortions to create evil suspicions—a hateful way to respond to the various documented points from his own book and Scripture. Among other things, DS implied Evangelical Outreach (EO) illegally submitted and withheld information about ministry funds from the authorities and they just let it pass by!
By various distortions of the truth and omissions of vital details, David Serpent concocted a way to grossly misrepresent, in various ways, my integrity—apparently his way of seeking revenge for confronting his unscriptural teachings! He shockingly made the following outlandish slander:

Never in decades of serving God has ANY evil person, ever, so violently reacted with this type of slander after being Scripturally exposed and corrected like David Serpent! By throwing out the word pornography (or porn) and trying to link my wife and me to it with ministry funds, he would undoubtedly grab one’s attention to do as much damage as possible to EO. That was the start of his vicious unscrupulous attack! David Serpent focused in upon a fund (Prudent Bear) which EO was in 6 to 9 years ago (in 2001 to 2004)! DS apparently looked through the huge number of companies that fund was invested in years ago until he found one he could criticize and use in his assault. DS was intentionally looking for something to use in his diabolical effort to discredit my refutation of his damnable heresies. David Serpent also wrote this:
...Prudent Bear Fund, which has holdings in such companies as Comcast Cable Company, which pumps porn into millions of homes, as well as Time Warner, which produces pornographic movies and also pumps filth into millions of homes. Your ministry is a part owner in Comcast and Time Warner....
After DS cast forth those untruths stated to create evil suspicions and destroy our Godly influence, I quickly tried to learn the details about that fund in those past years. It was not an easy thing because it changed its name and it was from 6 to 9 years ago. There was at least one long delay on their part where they seemingly laid my certified letter request aside and forgot about it! Weeks went by until I finally was able to speak to a man who could answer and give some details. The man (Don) from Federated Investors told me on Nov. 20, 2009:
● (1) That Prudent Bear was in a large number of companies, not just a few!
● (2) During the years of 2001 and 2002 Prudent Bear was NOT involved in Comcast at all, but a tiny bit of the portfolio was in Time Warner. Time Warner was bought and sold then. The exact proportionate amount in Time Warner would be impossible to know, but it was less than 5% and closer to 1%. The only one company of all of them which could have any connection to porn was Time Warner!
● (3) During the years 2003 and 2004, Prudent Bear was not in Comcast or Time Warner at all!
● (4) Prudent Bear never had any direct investments in pornography then.
Those are the relevant facts David Serpent twisted, ignored, etc. to present a totally different picture designed to destroy us, if possible.
Vicious Hateful Lies
From David Serpent
1. David Serpent wrote that EO:
is a part owner in Comcast and Time Warner.
The word “is” is present tense. 2001 to 2004 is past tense. David Serpent has craftily switched the mention of those past years to the present time now, but what else could he do! He couldn’t justify his vicious hateful attack on something 6 to 9 years ago, so he had to try to deceive people into thinking it is in the present time when it isn’t! David Serpent is a hateful, malicious and calculating deceiver.
2. David Serpent can NOT prove Prudent Bear was in Comcast from 2001 to 2004, as his bold attack stated, because it wasn’t! His vicious assault had fabricated and delusory charges designed to ruin us! He slandered EO and us as hard as he thought he could get away with!
NOTE: Where that fund might be or might not be invested now in 2010 is irrelevant. The issue is back in 2001 to 2004. Again, David Serpent fabricated data about 2001 to 2004 and presented it as truth to smear EO and me (and even my wife) because of his hate and revenge. He was exposed and refuted doctrinally for his license for immorality teachings and wanted to bring ruination upon us, if possible, out of retaliation. His premeditated and calculated prevarications quickly followed my Scriptural refutation of his teachings. If it took me nearly 1 month to learn those (much harder than I thought) possible details about the Prudent Bear Fund in 2001-04, how could he get accurate and precise information so quickly? He couldn’t and didn’t!
3. Only in 2001 and 2002 was Prudent Bear in Time Warner and it was just a tiny percentage—from 1 to 5 percent. That means from 95% to 99% of its holdings were not in Time Warner! Was Time Warner ONLY into porn or did it do other things too, which David Serpent can’t criticize? It surely did other things too! What a shocking contrast to how David Serpent presented his Incredible Discovery! He was clearly on a smear campaign out of revenge and it should now be apparent to all.
4. Prudent Bear never had any direct investments in porn in those years. Though Time Warner is spreading porn in 2010, as Serpent says, was it to the same degree back in 2001 and 2002? Is David Serpent even sure Time Warner had any dealing in porn 8 and 9 years ago back in 2001 and 2002? Probably not!
5. David Serpent is a hypocrite and a false teacher, but I didn’t realize what a malicious and deceitfully vile person he is. There is no doubt he is a hypocrite, for even his wife, who knows him better than anyone, admits it too and told him about it:
And God becomes angry with those who hold others to a standard by which they themselves don’t live. Such people are hypocrites, as Jesus said, pretending to be what they are not. How many preachers (like myself) have heard the stinging yet loving words of their spouses on a Sunday afternoon, “Great sermon today, honey. You really ought to consider living it yourself!” Ouch! ... (Article entitled, Judge Not, emphasis mine)
From what David Serpent wrote about EO and us, he apparently thinks any tiny fraction of money going towards porn makes that person part owner in the porn! That was his logic and conclusion. If that is what he believes, then:
● Where does David Serpent grocery shop or buy gasoline, etc.? All of the grocery stores and gas stations I know of sell either cigarettes, lottery tickets, liquor, porn, etc. Even Walmart sells some questionable things and Serpent’s family has shopped there in the past! Is David Serpent therefore part owner in Walmart or the questionable items sold there? Using his convoluted logic and conclusions the answer is a categorical yes!
The world is so saturated with wickedness it is everywhere. The Apostle Paul wrote:
Not at all meaning the people of this world who are immoral, or the greedy and swindlers, or idolaters. In that case you would have to leave this world. (1 Cor 5:10)
Somehow David Serpent must have found grocery stores and gas stations which sell nothing questionable. If that is (doubtfully) the case, then what about his airplane trips and hotel stays? Do the airplane companies or hotels have even the tiniest link to porn, perhaps through the cable television offered in the rooms, etc.? David Serpent is a hypocrite and has a different standard for others than he does for himself, which he uses at times to viciously attack others. That is the real Incredible Discovery!
6. We don’t watch TV (and have not for years). We surely don’t know who is producing porn! We had no clue that Comcast and Time Warner did, until recently, believe it or not.
7. Because of the way false doctrines bother me, especially the kind connected to salvation, I have taught the way I do over the years for the sake of SOULS, as shown on our website. Hence, many different types of people have expressed their disapproval of my Scripturally-based doctrines and our ministry, but it is because of doctrine. NEVER has any person ever attacked in this outrageously slanderous way, and even included my wife, when venting his rage. It should be apparent to all just by his attack which included my wife, what type of person he is. (If I attacked Dave Hunt’s wife or John MacArthur’s wife when opposing their teachings it should be apparent that such is in error and uncalled for.) This man is a serpent of the worst type!
8. Finally, I have no desire to expose David Serpent as a slanderer, but I must defend myself. My desires regarding him are strictly limited to refuting his damnable heresies, which he continues to openly spread and which are jeopardizing SOULS. If David Serpent removes his demonic slanderous lies and distortions, etc. about us and EO, this page you are now reading will also be removed. (I also have no desire to provide various reasons why I believe this man’s name change is bogus. I hope not to ever go into the details.)
REPENT David!
David Serpent maliciously tried to create evil suspicions. NOTE what the Bible says about this:
If anyone teaches false doctrines and does not agree to the sound instruction of our Lord Jesus Christ and to godly teaching, he is conceited and understands nothing. He has an unhealthy interest in controversies and quarrels about words that result in envy, strife, malicious talk, evil suspicions and constant friction between men of corrupt mind, who have been robbed of the truth and who think that godliness is a means to financial gain. (1 Tim 6:3-5)
What a powerful and clear Holy Spirit inspired look at what happened. David Serpent teaches false doctrines, doesn’t agree with the sound instruction of our Lord Jesus and to godly teaching and spreads malicious talk and evil suspicions! Folks, spreading evil suspicions follows a person like David Serpent!
EO is legal and has always been legal with any and all filings. We are not dishonest, but God fearing, truth-loving and Bible-teaching followers of the Lord Jesus. We have been slandered in a most unusual and revengeful way by this evil man after obeying the command to contend against grace changers (Jude 3,4). That is an Incredible Discovery!
In spite of David Serpent’s unprecedented unconscionable attack against EO, my wife and me, I’m still thankful to God for the souls who will be helped by my exposing his false and dangerous and even contradictory teachings taught under his version of holiness. God bless you.
