(EMAIL) I am among those whom you would consider lost. I have struggled to regain my spiritual footing since my (Christian) wife divorced me in _____ and can be observed as a dog who has returned to his vomit yet though I have not wholeheartedly given in (and that by God’s grace) besetting sins have since been just that..besetting (and haunting) so, I ask—if a believer can lose his salvation then can he not also re-gain it? Struggling to find my way again,

(RESPONSE) Greetings in Jesus’ name.

YES, YES, YES you can come back to God and get saved again! We can be sure of this because the Prodigal was once saved, then turned away to wild living, including being with prostitutes. When he came to his senses (which seems where you are) he humbly came back to the Father. He became “alive AGAIN.” Here’s the whole verse:

For this son of mine was dead and is alive AGAIN; he was lost and is found. So they began to celebrate. (Luke 15:24)

Other Scriptures show one can get saved again, if they turn away from sin and unbelief:

My brethren, if any among you strays from the truth and one turns him back, let him know that he who turns a sinner from the error of his way will save his soul from death and will cover a multitude of sins. (James 5:19,20, NASB)

And if they do not persist in unbelief, they will be grafted in, for God is able to graft them in again. (Rom 11:23)

God is able to change you and give you GREAT peace and joy in this miserable, sin-filled society. You can become a GREAT blessing to others IF you get committed 100% to God.

(EMAIL) Wonderful ministry.... this is the first time I have ever seen the true faith once delivered to the saints defended in this way. May the Lord continue to strengthen and keep you

(RESPONSE) Greetings in Jesus’ name.

... When we meet a friend, like you, it is very encouraging, especially since we have MANY who hate us because of our holiness/ endurance-for-salvation message ....

God bless you. 1 Cor. 9:27.

(EMAIL) ... I have been reading your “Believer’s Conditional Security Book” over and over. I just want to express that it’s really got tons of good teachings, revelations and explanations. Your explanation on Solomon and the Parable of the Sower is really good and logical. By the way, do you have any explanations of the Parable of the Ten Virgins. I think OSAS explain it as about true and false converts.

It has been called a heresy by some Chinese Christians in China recently, because my website is anti-Calvinist and says that Judas lost his salvation. But thanks to your book, I showed that Calvin was a murderer like Augustine, and this shocked a lot of people. I would say China churches is probably 40 % Arminian and 60% Calvinist, but Taiwan is a lot worse. How about the United States?

...Your book is really good to read over and over again. You have very good logic and Bible interpretation skills. I think your teachings will prevent lots of Christians from losing their salvation. Great is your reward in heaven. To God be all the glory. And thank you, again! Let me know if you have more explanations on the Parables of Jesus. Love in Christ,

(RESPONSE) Greetings in Jesus’ name.

It is GREAT to read how you are helping the Chinese Christians learn about salvation. The USA has taken false teachings and spread them worldwide. Over here the influence of Calvinism, especially eternal security, is dreadfully large. Many who profess to be Christians are in sins like drunkenness, sexual sin, etc. and don’t really think much of it because of these teachings! The devil has done a good job deceiving people.

Regarding the Parable of the Ten Virgins: all 10 are called by the same name, virgins. They all had a lamp burning for God at one point and were ready to meet Jesus. The 5 foolish ones didn’t endure. Their lamps went out. It was only after their lamps went out that Jesus didn’t know them. To say it refers to true and false converts is also to deny we can tell who is truly saved and who is not (1 John 3:10; etc.)

Soon I will probably do a teaching for our web site on this. Are you receiving the weekly teachings? If not you can sign up here http://www.evangelicaloutreach.org/contact.htm ... GOD BLESS YOU dear brother and sister. Rev. 21:4.

(EMAIL) You have given me much to study and contemplate. Hey, question. How does a Christian know if he has lost his salvation or not? How can he be sure he is saved? How can he be sure if he becomes unsaved or lost again?

Do you have any more new books besides the very large volumn and the one on Mary? Do you recommend the NIV over all the others for the best of understandings? Thanks

(RESPONSE) Greetings in Jesus’ name.

If a Christian loses his salvation the Spirit of God will depart. (Perhaps like what happened to Saul, 1 Sam. 16:14.) Such should be understood if sins that lead to death are committed, a false gospel is believed or preached or if Jesus is disowned. One can be sure he is saved if he is “following” Jesus. These verses also give additional information:

We know that we have come to know him if we obey his commands. The man who says, “I know him,” but does not do what he commands is a liar, and the truth is not in him. (1 John 2:3,4)

Dear children, do not let anyone lead you astray. He who does what is right is righteous, just as he is righteous. (1 John 3:7)

This is how we know who the children of God are and who the children of the devil are: Anyone who does not do what is right is not a child of God; nor is anyone who does not love his brother. (1 John 3:10)

We have no new books at this time. We have an additional book to the 801 pager. That other book is, “The Myth of Eternal Security.”

We are NOT NIV onlyites. There are several verses in the NIV which are poorly translated. We believe the BEST and SAFEST way to understand God’s word is to read several reputable translations such as the NASB, ESV, NRSV, NIV, etc.

Remember the devil’s first lie to mankind (Gen. 3:4) is the very essence of eternal security, that is, the righteous will not die spiritually. That DANGEROUS lie is repeatedly refuted throughout Scripture http://www.evangelicaloutreach.org/spiritualdeath.htm

GOD BLESS YOU. 1 Cor. 9:27.

(EMAIL) I just finished reading your article on Jesus vs. Yeshua and the statement which says it all is what difference does it make since God knows who you mean. There is a point however which I am a little puzzled about. You seem to think Jesus was a Jew? He was a Judaen in citizenship, a Galilean by residence, an Israelite of the tribe of Judah but a Jew he was not....

(RESPONSE) Greetings in Jesus’ name.

Christians have been under attack by the Yeshua people—who declare that the name “Jesus” is pagan, among other erroneous things. All we are doing is defending ourselves and setting the record straight.

Jesus was Jewish. This is clear:

The Samaritan woman said to him [Jesus], “You are a Jew and I am a Samaritan woman. How can you ask me for a drink?” (For Jews do not associate with Samaritans.) (John 4:9) Jesus answered her, “If you knew the gift of God and who it is that asks you for a drink, you would have asked him and he would have given you living water.” (John 4:9,10)

Jesus was a Jew, who looked like a Jew, but that doesn’t mean just because a person is Jewish they are God’s children. Any person, regardless their race, is God’s child, IF he is a Bible-defined Christian—one who is “following” Jesus.

GOD BLESS YOU. Heb. 3:14.

(EMAIL) Hi there, I have been grown up under the complete teaching of Eternal Security but I have still been looking at your material. I saw the section with the Parable of the Wheat and the Tares and you said that the servants “do” know the difference between them. But the servants are angels the verse says, not believers. The believers are the wheat in the parable. So wouldn’t that just mean that the angels know the difference and we as believers still do not? Thank you in advance for your time.

(RESPONSE) Greetings in Jesus’ name.

The owner’s servants (who are NOT angels) could identify the tares (weeds) from the wheat:

The owner’s servants came to him and said, “Sir, didn’t you sow good seed in your field? Where then did the weeds come from?” (Mat 13:27)

The angels (harvesters) are different from the owner’s servants in this teaching and not mentioned until v. 30. Besides the Lord’s teaching here there are many other similar Scriptures, which show we can tell who is saved and who is not saved (1 John 3:10; Acts 11:23; etc.).

The reason the Calvinists argue the way they do from Jesus’ teaching in Mt. 13 is because they dangerously teach there are two types of adulterers, two types of drunks, two types of swindlers, etc.—one saved because of a past moment of regeneration and one unsaved, even though their behavior is identical. Such reflects the license for immorlity once saved always saved really is.

Was this the article you read? http://www.evangelicaloutreach.org/wheattares.htm Please read it again and compare to Scripture.

For your own sake, memorize this verse:

The man who says, “I know him,” but does not do what he commands is a liar, and the truth is not in him. (1 John 2:4)

Please consider getting our 801 page book refuting eternal security entitled, “The Believer’s Conditional Security.” There is MUCH in it that can help you better understand this salvation related subject. http://www.evangelicaloutreach.org/whatsnew.htm This book is the most exhaustive and comprehensive refutation to eternal security ever written.

Please consider signing up for our weekly email teachings, updates, etc. If interested, you can do that here http://www.evangelicaloutreach.org/contact.htm Remember Gal. 6:8,9 is a SALVATION passage not a rewards passage. GOD BLESS YOU.

(EMAIL) I read your article on divorce and remarriage. I have a question I was

divorced twice and then got saved. Once saved I was baptized and married to a

Christian my now wife whom was never married. Is your article stating we are in an adulterous marriage?

(RESPONSE) Greetings in Jesus’ name.

When one gets saved, he becomes a “new creation,” but that doesn’t negate his/her marriage. Marriage is to be until physical death. If the spouse dies, then the survivor can remarry. If divorce is ever allowed in Scripture it is NOT perfectly clear to us, but in the same breath we must say the Bible is clear that many are now in ADULTERY because they divorced and remarried or because they married a person who can’t be remarried because of a divorce. We believe there are many who profess to be Christians who are actually in this type of ADULTERY. Please remember: no sin or person is worth going to hell over. GOD BLESS YOU.

(EMAIL) What is the difference, if the greeks called him “Iesous” by there language and american’s call him Jesus by english, why stop them from calling him “Yeshua” by their language. Are they all not implying the one who was spoken of by the prophet’s, born of the virgin, fulfilled the prophecies and died for our sins so that we may come to the father as his children? why do you divide the body for the sake of translation, I myself use both Jesus and yeshua and the father knows I mean his only begotten son when I say it so what does it matter if someone else does not? besides, from what I remember he was jewish not english so he would have a hebrewic name would he not, quit straining a nat and swallowing a camel, the message is still the same it does not matter the language.

(RESPONSE) Greetings in Jesus’ name.

We are only defending ourselves from the vicious attacks of Yeshua people. They attack us and say the holy name of “Jesus” is pagan! The basis for their attack has no support, but such nonsense continues to be spread. We speak English, not Hebrew.

BTW, we are not dividing the body—they are!

GOD BLESS YOU. Heb. 3:14.

(EMAIL) I am so confused about this Jesus or Yeshua. I have grown up with Jesus, and now there are people saying this name is not the right name of my savior. And all of this Hebrew, Greek and Latin; this way or that way. I have not learned these languages and don’t think I am able to learn them. Its on my mind continually, I lose sleep over it, It interfears with my prayers (not knowing wich name to use). I am continuing to pray even as hard as it is to do so. I anticipate an answer eventually from my ADVOCATE, RIGHTEOUS JUDGE, HIGH PRIEST, LAMB OF GOD, KING OF KINGS, LION OF THE TRIBE OF JUDAH, AUTHOR AND FINISHER OF MY FAITH, THE GREAT I AM !!! I do know that my GOD sent His SON to save me and anyone else that believes in him. I also know that very soon we will know for sure the right name. His return is very near!!!

(RESPONSE) Greetings in Jesus’ name.

We are so sorry for the problem this has caused you. The devil is very good at annoying and confusing people. The attack on the holy name of JESUS is something that should never be, but some people want a following and will use anything to get such. Have you read our article on this subject? http://www.evangelicaloutreach.org/yeshua.htm

We have encountered many over the years who have been saved and healed and JESUS is the name they called upon or received prayed in. Forget what you have heard that would downplay the power in Jesus’ name and keep following the Lord.

(EMAIL) Right now I am going to a Baptist Church in ________ and they believe in eternal security. This subject is not directly taught on but the pastors do twist scriptures because of this teaching. I want to leave the church even though I am quite involved with the youth ministry and evangelism ministries. I am convinced that supporting this church will result in me sharing in their wicked work.

... In your opinion, what would be the best denomination of church to join for this doctrine. Thank you very much for your website and your efforts in debating popular so-called “pastors.” Keep preaching the truth!

(RESPONSE) Greetings in Jesus’ name.

You are absolutely correct that supporting a congregation which teaches that false gospel is to share in its “wicked work.” You are at a MAJOR advantage to realize this and to be willing to leave it.

We are in such a dark day, many denominational churches which are supposed to reject eternal security are actually teaching it, especially in Southern USA! ... The BEST WAY for you to detect error is get acquainted with the New Testament. As you draw near to God he will draw near to you. We can’t recommend a “best” denomination to attend, since we are in such an apostasy. You are NOT alone in this situation. Many others are like you who know their former church is seriously wrong but aren’t real sure where to go now .... Hopefully this will help to some degree. GOD BLESS YOU. Rev. 21:4.
