(EMAIL) i believe that when you talk about cults, and particularly nostradamus, that you are going waaaay too far. It is absolutely ridiculous to say that nostradamus was \‘possessed by the devil\’. most of what i have read on this site is taken waaaay out of context. not to say that i don\’t believe in God, i do. but i think that you are taking the Bible to the extreme, and interpreting it in a certain way to get people to convert to your religion. and what you plan to do from there is anyone\’s guess. ridiculous. burn the ouija board publicly? why? so i can go to jail for arsen? RIDICULOUS. take the bible for what it is, don\’t try to take interpretations too far. try to follow God\’s word as it is written in the Bible, no further. you\’re taking it way too far.
(RESPONSE) Greetings in Jesus’ name. What we do is show what false religions believe and then compare such to the Bible. Since the Bible is God’s word and therefore truth, we know people who say things contrary to the Bible are wrong. That even goes for Nostradamus, who was a proven false prophet and deceiver. For you to play with the ouija board is to ask for trouble. For your own good, turn away from such, ask God for mercy and commit your life to the Lord Jesus. All who practice the magic arts will be thrown into the lake of fire (Rev. 21:8), unless they turn from this wickedness. GOD BLESS YOU.

(EMAIL) ...About John Wesley. You seem to take a lot of theological influence from this guy. You do know that: being a former Anglican priest, Wesley believed in pedobaptism. Just throwing that little fact out there.
(RESPONSE) Greetings in Jesus’ name. It is shocking that you would say we get “a lot of theological influence” from Wesley since we constantly quote the Scriptures for backing of what we believe/teach. Yes, it is unfortunate that Wesley believed in infant baptism [paedobaptism], as did the HERETIC John Calvin. Again, we base what we believe on the Bible and that should be apparent (2 Tim. 3:16,17). [The mere fact we reject infant baptism shows we are not influenced by Wesley.] Remember the righteous can die spiritually http://www.evangelicaloutreach.org/spiritualdeath.htm GOD BLESS YOU.

(EMAIL) Hello. I truly appreciate internet church. I use to attend a local Calvary Chapel and after awhile I started to think that perhaps once saved always saved is true. I realized that if I had continued going there I would probably end up deceived.
Also, I noticed in a prior email that someone sent to you that they asked about spousal abuse. The response you gave focused more on marriage/divorce/remarriage. However, I know someone who is in a very abusive relationship. Her husband has been physically abusing her. If she remains in that situation he may kill her. She has to leave him or she’ll end up dead. I don’t think God wants His daughters to remain in such volatile relationships. Also, the husband in this case is violating the marital vows by not loving and cherishing her. I would like to receive your feedback on physical abuse in marriages. Thanks.
(RESPONSE) Greetings in Jesus’ name. Our internet church has helped some and we are grateful for it all, including your kind words.
It was a wise move to stop attending that Calvary Chapel church. Since they spread the HERESY (once saved always saved) in various ways and in various forms throughout their sermons, people are often fed that poison and many don’t even recognize it. We are dealing with eternity here and you better take no chances.
A violent spouse should be separated from immediately, but in the same breath such is not cause for divorce, according to Scripture. GOD BLESS YOU.

(EMAIL) Yes I am a five pointer [Calvinist], but I still read your emails. You say [about eternal life] “…yet to be reaped, in the age to come for only those who persist in doing good, and do not grow weary and give up.”
My question: If I do ‘bad’ and I assume the ‘bad’ I do is sin, did Christ die for my ‘bad’ sin on the cross? And why should that ‘bad’ keep me from my hope any more than any other sin.
Let me try again, that was poorly worded. If I totally reject Christ and His death on the cross, is my rejection of Him a sin. If it is, did He die for that sin? You may point to your book, etc. as I have it. You need not spend pages answering. Thanks,
(RESPONSE) Greetings in Jesus’ name. You cannot cite related Scripture with your question. You will never see in the Bible where Christ died for a total rejection of him. If you deny this, send the verse! It seems that you heard a heretic, probably Charles Stanley, say what you asked and thought it was a good point for living wickedly—the heart of OSAS.
Those who enter God’s kingdom endure “to the END” (Mt. 10:22; Heb. 3:14; Rev. 2:10,11). Such is not possible if one could reject Christ and still enter God’s kingdom.
Since you have our book, read it again (or maybe for the first time) and verify the points with the Bible. Eternal security is of the devil. The sooner you know this the better it will be for you and those you love the most.

(EMAIL) I found the article posted by Dan Corner on Infant Baptism very interesting. I come from a tradition that practices Infant Baptism, and have heard the ministers use the same scriptures as a way of supporting infant baptism. The scriptures quoted seem to be quite ambiguous. They don’t say for certain that only adults were included in the household, so could have involved infants. I am sending this e-mail to gain more understanding of this subject and would welcome more of your insights.
(RESPONSE) Greetings in Jesus’ name. You are referring to http://www.evangelicaloutreach.org/infantbaptism.htm People who teach infant baptism have to produce evidence. The burden of proof is on them. Your teachers can NOT prove infant baptism! The best they can do is assume there were infants when a household was baptized, but that is NO PROOF. Other Scriptures show ADULTS being baptized and NEVER infants—not even once. That makes sense since disciples are baptized and an infant can’t repent and place faith in Jesus to be a disciple. Hope that helps you.

(EMAIL) You have a beautiful, informative web sight discussing many topics with truly Biblical answers. I appreciate what you have done.
My first comment is that God showed me about __ years ago, that what the churches were teaching on OSAS [once saved always saved] wasn’t correct, but I was a new born again Christian and everyone refuted what I was reading in the Bible so most of the time I thought I was wrong. He showed me mainly through Matthew 13:36-43 plus the letters to the churches in Revelation and additional verses. Anyway, I appreciate what you say about the subject and now have more confidence.
Secondly, I’m unclear as to why you would use the NIV since there are so many things left out of the NIV. God showed me in Romans 8:1 exactly why Christians think they can do whatever they want to. Most preachers just preach, “there is no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus”. They leave out the rest of the verse which says, “who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.” The rest of that verse says a lot. The NIV leaves out the second part of that verse. I have taken this from the King James. I would appreciate your response on that.
Thirdly, I love the Lord and I want to do right. Every preacher will bring out the verses from the OT and NT regarding alcohol and getting drunk, etc. I just wonder why 1 Timothy 5:23, he says to not only drink water, but to drink a little wine for your stomach’s sake and frequent illnesses. Also why would Jesus not rebuke his mother when she told him that they were out of wine at the marriage of Cana? why wouldn’t He just tell her that was sinful and she should know better. Why did he turn the water into wine which was better than what they had been drinking according to the master of the feast who said that every man at the beginning of the feast will set out the good wine and leave the worse for later. That isn’t an excuse for me, but I do know that my sleep at night is very restful with a couple glasses of wine. I need something to help me sleep and I do not want to take prescriptions drugs or OTC drugs. It seems to me that that would be worse. That falls in line with what Revelation says about not giving up their sorceries or (Pharmacia - not spelled correctly though). Why wouldn’t Jesus just say not to drink any wine at all? What did he drink at the last supper? We’ve been led to believe it was wine. I truly do not want to be doing something against God. Again, I appreciate your site and hope to hear from you. God Bless,
(RESPONSE) Greetings in Jesus’ name. When one is outnumbered it is easy to go with the flow and get washed out to sea! All of us MUST learn to stay glued to the Scriptures or we will get deceived. Many others had the same experience when a new convert.
What seems “missing” in the NIV at Rom. 8:1 is found in v. 4. Besides, those “missing” words are NOT actually missing [for they are not] in the Greek manuscripts the NIV comes from. (Rom. 8:13 also shows what will happen if one lives according to the flesh or sinful nature.)
Paul wanted Timothy to use wine as medicine. Apparently, Timothy had repeated stomach problems. When Jesus changed the water into wine at Cana, if it was alcoholic, he placed a stumbling stone before the people because of the large amount he made. That is too hard to believe. If you are having trouble sleeping there are natural remedies to try. Remember drunkards will not inherit God’s kingdom (1 Cor. 6:9,10). Ponder also Roman 14:21.
Please don’t get confused, Rev. 21:8 has NOTHING to do with taking medicine, as a sick person does. That word has NEVER been translated in any reputable translation as “medicine.” It is the magic arts which are condemned there, not taking medicine.

(EMAIL) I just sent an email and was reading about suicide on your web site. Mainly because we just had a young man in our town kill himself. So many churches and preachers and other Christians say that the person still goes to heaven after committing suicide. I’ve always thought they would not because God says not to commit murder. That is murder. Then I also heard Charles Stanley say many years ago over his TV broadcast that a Christian would still go to heaven even if they committed suicide or even if they denounced Christ. I couldn’t believe he said that. I stopped listening to him after that. Why are there so many preachers out there that teach the way they do? The bible says to beware of false prophets... Most of the false prophets are the ones that are right there where everyone can see them and hear them and be influenced by them. They will go to hell too for teaching the wrong thing, right, because they lead others astray too. Thanks again,
(RESPONSE) Greetings in Jesus’ name. Suicide is a growing problem. Because of all the false teachings, many are not even concerned about self-murder, especially if they believe in eternal security. To teach a vast audience like Charles Stanley [does that they have] security in sin is VERY SERIOUS. Our society has been ruined by bad examples and false teachers. Certainly MILLIONS OF SOULS have been hurt by Stanley and other once saved always saved people. Scripture states that people who change grace into a license for immorality do it for the money (Jude 3,4 cf. v.11)!
How serious is it to stumble a believing child into sin? Here is what Jesus taught:
But if anyone causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a large millstone hung around his neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea. Woe to the world because of the things that cause people to sin! Such things must come, but woe to the man through whom they come! (Mat 18:6,7)
Because Stanley is up in age, his “party” is just about over. Hopefully, he will repent and openly renounce once saved always saved before he dies. GOD BLESS YOU.
_____________
(EMAIL) What do you think of the teaching that if you aren’t accepting that you are saved once and for all, that its just the devil trying to make you feel guilty or doubt your salvation?
(RESPONSE) Greetings in Jesus’ name. That is just another demonic effort to protect the HERESY of OSAS from being openly rejected and fought against by Christians. The Bible is clear that once saved always saved is NOT A CHRISTIAN TEACHING. God bless you.

(EMAIL) ...These are very wicked days we live in! The level of apathy in the so-called church of our day toward the truths of God’s Word is very very sad to say the least! My __ year old son can see it plain as day too.
I’m weary when it comes being exposed to one half truth after another being spewed from the pulpit. What has happened with today’s “spiritual leaders”? I mean this Nazarene church is filled with lukewarm pew sitters that have been doing it for a lifetime and the “pastor” continues to pander to them. I think he’s somewhat genuine but he’s definitely compromised in many areas of responsibility to God’s Truth. Yes he preaches against OSAS and keeps a message of holiness and purity out front but they teach ...a pretrib rapture. They allow women to preach and are soft on the whole Catholic issue! They speak a word of truth re: witnessing but don’t walk it.
It’s very troubling! I fight it because it wears on me. Please pray for me and my sons. I am going to be looking for another place of fellowship. Outside OSAS, if you were going to interview a pastor to find out what they are about or what you’d like to see in their congregation before fellowshipping with them what would you ask?
(RESPONSE) ...We remain on the front lines. People are more openly vile besides what you mentioned....
BTW, did you know there is a 90 ft. Mary statue in Butte, MT? http://www.ourladyoftherockies.com/
I’d ask a pastor things like these: (1) Did David retain his salvation when he was in adultery and murder? (2) Are you ecumenical? (3) Do you try to evangelize the community? (4) Do you have regular prayer meetings? (5) Do you believe in any of the 5 points of Calvinism? (6) Do you believe in the Prosperity Message? (Hope that helps.)
...I know death is certain and I no longer think I have 20 years, 10 years or necessarily 5 more years to live! It really does NOT matter at all. The ONLY thing that matters is staying in God’s will —that’s all. How low this country will go, before we die we don’t know, but we are just trying to keep him number 1 and our hearts pure.
...This life is a very hard test for us all. You are NOT alone. Be a good soldier of Christ Jesus. Eternity is a long time. GOD BLESS YOU. 1 Cor. 9:27.

(EMAIL) I am also a __ year old boy. I committed my life to Jesus Christ on _____. My life before was mainly filled with lust of pornography and all types of forms due to peer pressure I started to lust for pornography at the age of 12. Although I lived in Christian family, I did not take our daily devotion and going to church seriously but that all changed when our pastor preached about men’s weakness and how they will suffer if they did not repent their to save them from eternal damnation.
I went home thinking of all the things (sinful acts) I have done to myself and to others. I was scared that I will be the having this type of sinful nature. I told myself that I had to do something about my acts so I pulled together and went to church the next day and gave my life to the of Almighty SAVIOR. I felt an inner part of me free and bright inside .
...I was tempted to watch pornography on the internet that I felt myself drifting back to my old habits. I hated myself for doing and that’s when I saw this marvelous website. And after reading the confession made by the Nineteen year old boy, I cried on my knees and asked for forgiveness and asked Jesus Christ to strengthen me so I do not have to fall back from his grace.
(RESPONSE) Greetings in Jesus’ name. VICTORY is sure for you IF you do the following:
1. [Sincerely] ask God for COMPLETE deliverance.
2. Read at least 5 chapters of the New Testament daily [and put it into practice].
3. Memorize Mt. 5:28,29.
4. RESIST the devil and he will flee. This might mean you have to stop going certain places or being around certain people. You are battling for your SOUL.
5. Stop watching TV. Don’t watch any video that might even be slightly pornograhic. Just watch videos based on the Bible.
6. Hang out with God-fearing people.
7. When strongly tempted place your hand above a fire and feel the heat.
