(EMAIL) I took delivery last week on your two books (“The Believers’ Conditional Security” and “The Myth of Eternal Security”). You did a great job on these books. I appreciate the painstaking effort you take in supporting everything you say with scripture. I’m eagerly studying them along with my Bible in order to prepare myself for the coming spiritual battle when I challenge my friends and acquaintances on their beliefs (in a loving, but absolutely firm way, of course).
I want to thank you for the unexpected extras that came with the books. I refer to the CDs and the tracts and booklets. These will be hugely effective in helping me to confront the OSAS belief system that has corrupted the church. You’re an inspiration because of the firm stand you take in spite of the persecution you receive. I’m no stranger to that persecution myself (my friends think that I take too hard a line against sin), but now with your study materials I will be fully equipped to really be effective in refuting their weak arguments and the illusions that they cling to.
It never ceases to amaze me how often I’ve heard the phrase, “I would hate to live my life thinking that I don’t have eternal security ... without that I wouldn’t have any peace”. And yet, for myself, I become overwhelmed with a sense of peace when I ponder God’s conditional security. I become struck with the fact that I am fearing God, respecting Him, and earnestly desiring to live in a way that is pleasing to Him. I’ll take this conditional security over “cheap grace” any day! This is where real peace lies.
Now I have a question for you that I’ve been wondering about for years. No one has been able to answer it satisfactorily. There may be only one answer, that it is not possible for us to know, but I thought that I would get your thoughts. The question is this: Why do you suppose that God threw Satan down to the planet earth when He cast him out of heaven? Why would God want to put Satan together with us vulnerable and weak humans? Wouldn’t He want to separate us in order to protect us? And how and why can a spirit be cast to a physical location?
I realize that this is a tough question, one which may not have an answer that we human beings can discern. If this is the case, I can accept that and let the question go.
Thanks for all you’re doing!
(RESPONSE) Greetings in Jesus’ name.
Thank you for the compliments and being wise enough to study the believer’s security to get grounded before trying to help others out of the horrible snare of eternal security.
Your question doesn’t have a precise Scripture to clearly answer it. Hence, all that can be done is an educated guess so to speak. I believe the answer is related to the devil being released from the Abyss after the 1,000 reign of Christ (Rev. 20:7,8). He is there to TEST people, just like now. In other words, the devil is a means of testing us all, along with the world system and the sinful nature. It is an intense test and one that will affect us into eternity.
Hope that helps. GOD BLESS YOU. 1 Cor. 2:9.

(EMAIL) you are vicious & hateful. you are a false teacher. Galatians were PAGANS NOT JEWS. & may i remind you, Sir, that our Saviour kept the Sabbath & the feast days. I WILL FOLLOW HIM IN EVERYTHING HE DOES.
1Jn 2:6 “He that saith he abideth in Him ought himself also so to walk, even as He walked.”
and that means EVERYTHING HE DID.
you also have an agenda. you hate the KJV.
(RESPONSE) Greetings in Jesus’ name.
Sorry to read you think we are “vicious and hateful.” It’s not that we are those things. The reason it might seem that way to some is that God’s truth can hurt, especially when we have made a stand against something the Bible shows to be wrong.
You are right that Jesus kept the Sabbaths and feast days, but the Holy Spirit changed things afterwards. Focus your attention in upon Acts 10 with Peter getting visions from God. If you are trying to be justified or stay saved by keeping the feast days, etc. you have fallen from grace (Gal. 5:2-4).
The Galatians were Christians who got deceived by false teachers. They were not pagans.
You mentioned the KJV. I must assume you are a KJV onlyite. If so, you can’t even pronounce the strange words in the KJV much less know their meanings. No offense—just fact. Why not read a reputable translation that you can understand? You have nothing to lose.
GOD BLESS YOU.

(EMAIL) I was looking for a Christian teaching and in the search process came across your website. But I noticed that in a number of places, you insist that we are to believe in the *Bible alone*, and use 1 Thess 3:15 as a primary text in support of this. However, this verse says “all Scripture” but not “only Scripture”. Where does the Bible teach that we are to attend to only the *written* Word of God?
Thanks,
(RESPONSE) Greetings in Jesus’ name.
The Bible does not use the words “Scripture alone” but it doesn’t have to. Please ponder 2 Tim. 3:16,17:
All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.
NOTE: Scripture is God’s written word. Such is to be the basis for teaching, etc. Also, the man of God is thoroughly equipped for every good work with Scripture alone. He doesn’t need what some group has stated is “Sacred Tradition,” especially since such Tradition contradicts the Bible.
This is a very serious issue for you and hundreds of millions of others. The true plan of salvation is ONLY found in the Bible. That message in NOT the same as the one spread by Catholicism which dangerously exalts Sacred Tradition on a par with the Bible.
Do you know about our book, “Is This The Mary of the Bible?” It was written for Roman Catholics. Please check it out. It could make an eternal difference.
GOD BLESS YOU.

(EMAIL) I know mormons, they aren’t what you are describing. You are the same people that don’t take time to listen to anything but your own indoctrination and rhetoric. You might need to get a dictionary if you don’t understand those words. Open your brain for one second. You are they of whom the Savior said, “Not everyone that says Lord Lord will enter into the kingdom of heaven.” I have news for you: your kind of hate has no place in Christianity.
(RESPONSE) Greetings in Jesus’ name.
You have stated we have misrepresented Mormonism, but have not specified any point that is in error. This says to me you are angry but it is not based on truth and evidence. Our materials are documented and can be proven by anyone really interested. The evidence shows Joseph Smith was a false prophet, not a prophet of God. This has lead to counterfeit and dangerous additions to the Bible, that is, The Book of Mormon, Doctrine and Covenants and The Pearl of Great Price. Sincere Mormon people are now believing a false plan of salvation, which will land them in hell, not God’s kingdom, because of all this. Please, for your own good, read the New Testament and change accordingly.
GOD BLESS YOU.

(EMAIL) I hope you still remember me. I am _____________, a Russian Christian from _____, who got your permission to translate your book into Russian some years ago. That translation is giving so much help to us here in US and in Russia as well. I would like to update our connection and would like to ask you for some help. I am preparing for my next seminar against Calvinism this month, so if you have some advices for that seminar or some new ideas and thoughts, could you send it to me. Thank you so much and may God bless you in your ministry.
(RESPONSE) Greetings in Jesus’ name. YES, we remember you. It was WONDERFUL to read that our book has been of “much help” in battling eternal security.
You mentioned your upcoming seminar on Calvinism. If I were you, I would make the point that all 5 points of Calvinism stand or fall together. See this article http://www.evangelicaloutreach.org/hangorfall.htm
After that point has been established I would then proceed to strongly refute eternal security. Remember this: of the 5 points in Calvinism NONE are as dangerous as the 5th point, “the perseverance of the saints” (or eternal security). That is the heart of the devil’s stronghold. Hit that doctrine as hard and as strong as you can. SOULS hang in the balance. See also this http://www.evangelicaloutreach.org/calvinismrefuted.htm
GOD BLESS YOU. Remember 1 Tim. 4:16.
