EO Responds To
Emails 03-29-09
(EMAIL) I read your comments on SDA and wrote you a lengthy reply and it would not send. Bottom line is: You nor any Bishop of Rome nor any Pope can change the Sabbath. God made it simple: Saturday is the Sabbath of God, Ex 20:8
(RESPONSE) Greetings in Jesus’ name. Bottom line is: Neither you nor any false prophetess, like Ellen G. White, can nullify the right and freedom Christians have to set a different day aside as special above Saturday. God made it simple: We can chose a day, including Sunday, as the special day to honor God (Rom. 14:5,6).
**NOTE: For you to think Sunday worship is the “mark of the beast” is to open yourself up to receiving the real mark of the beast which will be needed to buy or sell and will be on the right hand or forehead. Don’t be deceived by false prophets. God bless you.

(EMAIL) I\’m just writing about the eternal security. Even though I don\’t preach this message relevantly, I think that you are going just a little too far with this teaching as \”doctrine of demons\” There are two sides that can prove there point theologically. One that you can answer to me is the seed in 1 Peter that never fades away. Now, I do believe in living a life of holiness. If one has been truly born again, the fruit is the proof. You know, I\’ve been around alot of ministers. The one\’s that believed in eternal security live a life of holiness and had powerful ministries. Most of the one\’s that thought you can get born again and again and again again and again and again, oh sorry! well anyway, they were so judgemental. I wonder. If someone does believe in eternal security and they live a life of awesome holiness and fear of the Lord will they make it to heaven if they truly repented of there sins and were washed in the blood. Good Lord where have we gone to.....God bless you, I\’m about to do a message titled \“Strings Attached\” I know you\’ll love that one.
(RESPONSE) Greetings in Jesus’ name. You think we are going “too far” with our teachings on eternal security. That is only because you are not acquainted with your Bible. If you were, you would agree with us and hopefully obey the command in Jude 3,4 to contend against the counterfeit grace and license for immorality of eternal security.
You referred to the following:
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, and into an inheritance that can never perish, spoil or fade—kept in heaven for you, who through faith are shielded by God’s power until the coming of the salvation that is ready to be revealed in the last time. (1 Pet 1:3-5)
Please note: It is only the inheritance that won’t ever perish, spoil or fade. The key there is one’s faith. A Christian’s faith can be destroyed and cease to exist (Rom. 11:19-23; Lk. 8:13; 2 Tim. 2:18; 1 Tim. 1:19). Hence there is nothing there or anywhere else which can support the devil’s lie that the righteous can not die spiritually through sin.
You somehow [wrongly] think the eternal security teachers live a life of holiness. WHY? That is impossible for two reasons: (1) They deny they are living holy and instead teach they sin all the time. Furthermore, they even say Paul was the worst of sinners! (2) When Jude wrote of the grace changers, he said they were ungodly people who follow their own ungodly desires. They are not living holy. Please make a note of this.
We don’t believe one gets born again and again and again and again. We believe a person who gets born again can afterwards die spiritually and he then needs to get saved again like the prodigal (Lk. 15:24,32) or the ones referred to in James 5:19,20 and Rom. 11:19-23. To deny a righteous person can die spiritually is a gross and serious error. Read this http://www.evangelicaloutreach.org/spiritualdeath.htm
This should help you too http://www.evangelicaloutreach.org/newconverts.htm
Please drop all preconceived ideas and read the New Testament for yourself and change accordingly. You are in a very serious and intense spiritual war for your SOUL. Give the devil NO OPPORTUNITY.
Please consider getting our 801 page book refuting eternal security entitled, “The Believer’s Conditional Security.” There is MUCH in it that can help you better understand this salvation related subject. http://www.evangelicaloutreach.org/whatsnew.htm This book is the most exhaustive and comprehensive refutation to eternal security ever written.

(RESPONSE) Greetings in Jesus’ name. Sound doctrine is very important, but that alone is not enough for even Judas was sound in doctrine yet he lost his salvation. While it is true that certain topics have been the subject of discussion for a long time that doesn’t mean one needs to grow up if he is defending the truth. For example, ALL Christians are COMMANDED to fight against the heresy and false grace message of once saved always saved (Jude 3,4). Not to do so is a SIN. Christians are also commanded to expose the unfruitful deeds of darkness (Eph. 5:11).

(EMAIL) I thank you for your encouragement on biblical commands. I have struggled with multiple sins in my Life, sloth, pornography, and love to God and love others as I should. But I want to say that I honestly think you have a misconception of what you have termed to be Calvinism. I want to you to know that the gospel foundation of ones salvation is Election ( by that I mean the pure choice of God)-Repentence is a reality in the life of a believer but not redemptive. What redeems us is the pure love and declaration of God through Jesus Christ. Forsaking sin in a believers life is vital. Pray for me that Sloth may not be a struggle for me anymore please! And I ask you are you sinless now? Sincerely,
(RESPONSE) Greetings in Jesus’ name. Obviously something is wrong if you are struggling with the sins you cited. WHY don’t you repent and forsake such wickedness? Could it be you are thinking you are once saved always saved? DO NOT BE DECEIVED: Calvinism is a snare and a pitfall, especially the fifth point.
Somehow you think the Calvinistic unconditional election is foundational to the gospel, but such has no Biblical backing! Please know there is no such thing as double predestination, as Calvin taught. Man does have free will to accept God’s truth or reject it. God doesn’t want anyone to perish (2 Pet. 3:9; etc.), but also gives man his choice under his soverignity. As long as you remain under the delusion of Calvinism you will not repent for salvation’s sake, even though you are now on the road to hell. You must get the victory over the sins you cited or you will be lost. This is very serious. You are not aware how serious it is because of the lie of Calvinism. Viewing porn is the same as ADULTERY and will drag those involved to hell (Mt. 5:28,29). For your own sake, drop all pre-conceived ideas and read the New Testament and change accordingly. Your SOUL is in the greatest danger.
One doesn’t have to be sinless to have salvation! Such a question reflects another error in eternal security. Please know: All sins are not the same in their effect on our souls. Some sins are greater than others (Jn. 19:11). One type is eternal (Mk. 3:29), while others are not. Another type of sin is uniquely against our bodies, while other sins are outside our bodies (1 Cor. 6:18). 1 Jn. 5:16 declares there is a sin that does not lead to death while there is a sin that leads to death. Sins such as worry (Phil. 4:6), unthankfulness (Col. 2:7, 3:15; Lk. 17:11-18) and not being completely humble and gentle (Eph. 4:2) are not included in any of the lists of sins that will send people to the lake of fire, even if they were once saved. However, other sins certainly will send any person to hell if they die unrepentant, even a person who was once saved. (See 1 Cor. 6:9,10; Rev. 21:8; Gal. 5:19-21; Eph. 5:5,6; Jude 7; Rev. 22:15; etc.).

(EMAIL) I have prayed for you.... I prayed for an hour yesterday, and that’s no lying or exaggerating. I know Rev. 21:8. And I plan to continue this habit very often. Hopefully, daily, if I can discipline myself with the help of the Holy Spirit.
Yes, I have been getting your newsletters, they are good! I love your many articles on Catholics and Mother Teresa and others. Do you have any on “Was Judas predestined to hell before Jesus chose him to be an apostle?” This is tough for me to answer those who are brainwashed by “predestination.” BTW, should we consider ourselves “Arminians”?
What I really want to know is, “How do we have genuine revival? ...
(RESPONSE) Greetings in Jesus’ name. THANK YOU very much for your prayers.... Your prayers were great to read of. (We know the devil hates us and would would like to “take us out.”)
God knew what Judas would do even though it was his own choice to do evil. God doesn’t want any to perish. We consider ourselves Christians. I do not know or even care what Arminians are suppose to believe. At times though, to distinguish ourselves from Calvinists, we have identified ourselves as Arminians.
To have genuine revival draw near to God with all of your heart and get all sin out. Put into practice God’s word as you study it and things will happen, including persecution! But press on and remain faithful....
THANK YOU again for your prayers. You have no idea what a wonderful encouragement your email was. GOD BLESS YOU both. Heb. 3:14.

(EMAIL) ...You insult children of God and what does the Bible say in regards to that? If you believe that you cannot know you are saved and that anyone who is truly saved can be snatched from the Fathers hand, then you prove yourself of ignorant of the teaching of the Word. Probably the residual effect of Catholicism. You sin when you open your mouth continuously. In regards to listening to the MP3 radio interview on your website. May God open your eyes and soften your heart.
(RESPONSE) Greetings in Jesus’ name. You are attacking us and trying to defend the grace changers, who you should be opposing at every turn. They have taught you wrongly and you consequently have a dangerous false hope you are standing on—John 10:28. You have referred to the following passage, so let’s take a close look at it:
John 10:27 My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and THEY FOLLOW ME. John 10:28 I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one can snatch them out of my hand. John 10:29 My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand.
Please note that the ones that will never perish or get snatched from God’s hand, according to Jesus’ teaching are only the ones that FOLLOW HIM. Also, the Greek tense of the word follow in v. 27 is a CONTINUOUS TENSE. Hence, this verse does NOT allow for one to stray into wickedness and maintain their salvation as it has been misused to teach. Please remember this.
We DO believe we can know we are saved now and we are:
We know that we have come to know him if we obey his commands. The man who says, “I know him,” but does not do what he commands is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But if anyone obeys his word, God’s love is truly made complete in him. This is how we know we are in him: (1 John 2:3-5)
We do not insult the children of God. We expose the unfruitful deeds of darkness (Eph. 5:11) and contend against the grace changers (Jude 3,4). We already have a soft heart. (To neglect those commands wouldn’t be merciful and loving.) By obeying those commands our love for God, souls and truth has been misunderstood. Now, some people hate us—some out of jealousy, some because we expose them, etc. What matters is pleasing God, which we are set on doing to the end for salvation’s sake (Mt. 10:22; Heb. 3:14). Eternity is a loooooooooong time. GOD BLESS YOU.

(EMAIL) Hi I’m from the Philippines and chance upon your sites. And thanks to your ministry. Have some question need to be clear and it will realy help if quoted from the Bible coz tired of so many made up answers from man.
1. Why Christian “Salvation” is that easy? you just received Him then Huala! your saved?
2. Is “Salvation” could be lost? What if a person has a past of murder, say 10 years secretly hidden, then accept the christian “Salvation” sincerely, Does He realy save?...
3. How about king David and Moses? they commit murder. Are they really save? and if they were, How is this so?
4. Why “Christian” has so many name, denomination, sect, and located so near to each other? Is there a message here that they’re not agreeing to each other in some basic belief or doctrine? why not like Church of Jesus Christ they’re one.
5. Are the people who died didn’t heard the Gospel going to Hell? like those mountain/tribe people who died without hearing the Gospel. thanks, Hope you could clear these for me.
(RESPONSE) Greetings in Jesus’ name. Here are the answers: (1) The Bible is God’s word. Whatever the Bible says is true, regardless if it seems hard or easy. In John 1:12 we read:
Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God.
Receiving Christ is much broader than many think. It also includes repentance (turning from wickedness) and placing a trusting-submitting faith in Jesus (Acts 20:21). That is further explained by other Scriptures such as these:
He replied, “My mother and brothers are those who hear God’s word and put it into practice.” (Luke 8:21)
Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the sinful nature with its passions and desires. (Gal 5:24)
Please read this too http://www.evangelicaloutreach.org/salvationps.htm
(2) A person who sincerely repents can get forgiven, even if he has previously murdered. Paul, Moses and David all murdered people in their life time, yet got forgiven afterwards.
(3) Yes, they really got forgiven. That is God’s mercy to one who is sincere, repentant and humble.
(4) The reason there are so many different groups all claiming to be Christian is because of various doctrines they embrace. Many believe essentially the same [there is one true God, the Bible is God’s word, etc.], but there is usually one or more teachings that are exalted by one group, yet rejected by others. If you are referring to the group, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints or LDS or Mormons, please know they are NOT even close to believing like true Christians, even though they claim to be! All the member of that group believe the same false teachings, but that doesn’t mean they have the truth. Please read over these articles http://www.evangelicaloutreach.org/mormonm.htm
(5) All people who die without spiritual life will be damned. Jesus is the only way to the Father (John 14:6). People who die without ever hearing the gospel are like Cornelius before God’s angel appeared to him to tell him how to hear the gospel. God can see our heart as his. If one is receptive to truth, in one fashion or another even as with Cornelius, God can get the gospel to him.
Whatever is the case with other people, it is not the case with you. You are responsible for your own actions and what you will do with the Biblical message. It is your choice to accept the truth or refuse it, but it is also your eternity! God wants you to spend eternity with him, but he can’t get you there unless you turn from your idols to serve the true and living God (1 Thess. 1:9). Hell is the only other possibility.

(EMAIL) Hello there. My name is ________ and I am __. Right now I am going to a Baptist Church in ________ and they believe in eternal security. This subject is not directly taught on but the pastors do twist scriptures because of this teaching. I want to leave the church even though I am quite involved with the youth ministry and evangelism ministries. I am convinced that supporting this church will result in me sharing in their wicked work.
My question is what churches believe in this sound doctrine of conditional security. In your opinion, what would be the best denomination of church to join for this doctrine. Thank you very much for your website and your efforts in debating popular so-called “pastors.” Keep preaching the truth!
(RESPONSE) Greetings in Jesus’ name. You are absolutely correct that supporting a congregation which teaches that false gospel is to share in its wicked work. You are at a MAJOR advantage to realize this and to be willing leave it.
We are in such a dark day, many denominational churches which are supposed to reject eternal security are actually teaching it, especially in Southern USA! ...The BEST WAY for you to detect error is get acquainted with the New Testament. As you draw near to God he will draw near to you. We can’t recommend a “best” denomination to attend, since we are in such an apostasy. You are NOT alone in this situation. Many others are like you who know their former church is seriously wrong but aren’t real sure where to go now. Why not call the local churches BEFORE attending and ask the “pastor” a few pointed questions. 1. Do you believe David lost his salvation when he was in adultery and murder? 2. Is the Bible final authority in all spiritual issues? 3. Do you have any evangelism program to the community and prayer meetings? 4. Are you ecumenical? 5. Do you stress holy living? 6. etc.
Hopefully this will help to some degree. GOD BLESS YOU. Rev. 21:4.
________________
(EMAIL) I would really like to have someone that really knows the Bible as well as you do to explain something to me. Isn’t it true that we have to ask the Father God for forgiveness through Jesus? He doesn’t just automatically forgive everyone without us making the effort, right?
In Luke 17: 1-4 ... offenses will come. ... Take head to yourselves, IF thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him and IF he repent forgive him.... And if he trespass against thee 7 times in a day and 7 times in a day turn again to thee saying, I repent, thou shall forgive him.
I understand this to say that IF your brother repents of the wrong doing to a person, then we are obligated to forgive. If he never repents, why would we obligated to forgive? Even when Jesus says to forgive men their trespasses in order to be forgiven by God, God has put a condition on us in that respect....If our offenders continue to offend and offend and offend and never stop and don’t think that they have to, why are we obligated to forgive them. And then what exactly is forgiveness? The world and the churches teach to forgive and forget. I may forgive a drunk driver that kills my child, but I will be unable to forget the deed. Does forgiving someone mean that you have to associate with them and forget anything they did wrong? What if a child accuses the dad of molestation? Where does that leave the wife? What if someone has stolen $______ from your family who desperately needed the money (no other income, no savings, no insurances, no retirement) and they never make it right? ... What about the husband that won’t turn from his sins even when they know the Bible and leads the family into disasters turmoil and never repents of his doings, never listens to what God tells the wife, nor cares about the kids? God hates divorce so the wife tries to obey God with that respect. What can she do?
It is so hard these days and because of the OSAS attitude, [OSAS] Christians are more mean and hateful towards other people sometimes than unbelievers. They don’t feel like they ever have to make up for what they’ve done wrong. The bricks in the walls would come down if people would admit to their wrong doings, so that we as Christians can truly forgive them, don’t you think?
I’ve read the Bible about this and since the verses are not together (what Jesus says in Matthew 6 after the Lord’s Prayer) and this one in Luke for example. I just understand that to mean that the offender needs to repent and ask before receiving it. It’s more heart breaking to me to have someone look me straight in the face and lie and I know they are lying than for them to admit what they did wrong, of course, and then I don’t know how to deal with it.
Can a person say in their heart to God that they forgive an enemy or offender and never tell the offender? We had some really “evil” people living in an area in the _________ that deliberately did horrible things to run us off our property. It is a very long long story....I don’t have hatred, but I honestly do not know how I feel. I don’t really say I forgive this person as if I’d talk to him, to acknowledge him on the street. I ignore him and avoid him. I feel the evil around him. What are we suppose to do? One of the other people involved with this man was a preacher from _______ who was actually worse than this man was. Another couple that were also involved run a Christian ______ and didn’t care that my heart stopped beating ______. They just wanted us to go away. We were sharing the creation messages vs evolution and that lie with churches at the time. I looked at them totally bewildered as to how and why, as professing Christians, they could act the way they did towards someone that did nothing....
What is the method of forgiveness to people like this and it seems to be with everyone. No wonder the Bible says that the love of many will wax cold.
Then there are extended family members Some are unbelievers who expect me to do what they do, who put me down for who I am (persecuted for Jesus) or just put me down and humiliate me. My heart can’t take the stress and sadness. I have to avoid them. I don’t want to be around them or continue to be hurt by them. What am I to do as far as God is concerned?
These things torment me for my sake with God. It’s hard to explain the offenses. It would be like a woman that has been captured and tormented and every way and then expected to act like nothing happened by her attacker and to continue to live and associate and deal with this person without any restitution from him. Do you understand?
I know you probably are busy, I would appreciate any help you could give me. ...May the Lord bless all your efforts to share the truth.
(RESPONSE) ...Please do not stumble over Lk. 17:1-4. That passage doesn’t say we don’t have to forgive. It just says if he repents forgive him. Stephen forgave and prayed for those who killed him, yet the murderers never repented (Acts 7:59,60). Please focus in upon Mt. 6:14,15. It would be good to memorize that passage. Also, please ponder Mt. 18:21-35. We must forgive those who sin against us or our own sins won’t be forgiven, according to Jesus. Forgiveness in Mk. 11:25 is shown to mean: don’t hold that offense against him/her. (If you do decide to get our book refuting the HERESY of eternal security we have a chapter in it dealing with this subject.) A thief must still be forgiven, but also made to pay back what he took! In fact, a thief should pay back more than he has stolen, according to Scripture. You do NOT have to tell a person you forgive him OR even trust that person! Some enemies will hurt you as often and as much as possible. Such should never be trusted, but still forgiven. Also, you might have to separate yourself, the best you can, from some enemies.
If a spouse is a serious detriment to the family, perhaps a separation (but NOT a divorce) should be considered. The wife should keeping praying. Ponder also 1 Peter 3:1-6. Please do not confuse a person professing to be a Christian and who believes in eternal security with a real Christian. Ponder 1 John 3:10 & 1 John 2:3,4.
Please know you are NOT alone with problems! Everyone has something with more on the way, but remain faithful to the Lord Jesus regardless what happens. Rev. 21:4.
Please read http://www.evangelicaloutreach.org/salvationps.htm and http://www.evangelicaloutreach.org/newconverts.htm GOD BLESS YOU.

(EMAIL) I know that you have never heard from me before, however I have a very important question to ask of you. I know a gentleman who appeared to be preaching the truth of Yahweh’s word. However, he read a prophecy to us yesterday from the 1800s, and said it was the most annointed prophecy he had ever come across. I most confess, it sounded very annointed and appeared to have much in it of scripture. When he was done he asked us who we thought had written it, and of course no one knew. so he than told us it was Joseph Smith.
He went on to say that Joseph Smith was a true prophet, who never agreed to polygamy or many things that he is accused of. As the book of Mormon speaks against polygamy. He said that after Smith was killed, Brigham [Young] was the one who led the LDS into apostasy. He said that he researched all of the accusations against Joseph Smith, and has come to discover that all the accusations about him were lies made up by the organized religious people of the day, and the illunists, so as to discredit a true Prophet whom they feared. He said He was also quite skeptical in the beginning, as we all are, however, since the word says despise not prophesying, he decided to read the book of Mormon with a skeptical eye. He did say that He thought all the other books such as the one on Abraham, and the great pearl of price are heretical, but they were not written directly by joseph.
After learning myself about all the lies in organized christiandom, which took me alot of grief and awhile to discover, and that includes all of the divisions even in the different Messianic organizations I have attended, I thought to myself, there could be stranger things than this that could be truth. I myself have know problem throwing out anything I may have wrongly believed to be truth, REPENTING and moving on in obedience, as it is truth I am after. To be completely honest the only desire I have, is to know Him—Yehusha, the power of His ressurrection and the fellowship of his sufferings, that I might be conformed to His image.
However, the thing that concerns me is there are others who fellowship in this group who might possibly be mislead—many lambs. This man has had much more time than myself to gather His information. I was wondering if you had anything that would prove beyond a reasonable doubt, if what he is or is not saying is a lie. I understand you are very knowledgeable on these sort of issues, and also concerned about the truth. Thank you for your consideration.
(RESPONSE) Greetings in Jesus’ name. It is very important to know the test for anyone claiming to be God’s prophet, as heretic Joseph Smith Jr. did, is not how anointed his prophecy may sound but did he ever predict something that never came to pass (Deut. 18:20-22) or did he preach a false message on how to get sins forgiven (Acts 10:43). If either is so, then such a person is not a true prophet, but a false prophet. Joseph Smith was a Bible-defined false prophet on both accounts. Remember also ferocious wolves in sheep’s clothing will appear to be Christian. We can recognize them by their “fruits” (Mt. 7:15,16).
[The man who said Smith was a true prophet is probably RLDS, that is, Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. They say the LDS group is heretical, yet also accept the Book of Mormon and Smith.]
