(FIRST EMAIL) I believe the bible is the infallible word of God because the Church which is the pillar and foundation of Truth (1Tim3:15) tells me so. Our Lord said there is one fold (Church) Jn10:16 and that we must obey this Church Mt18. But what authority do you claim that the bible is the only rule of faith? The bible itself doesn’t teach it....
(FIRST RESPONSE) How do you know the Catholic church is “the Church”?
(SECOND EMAIL) All the early church acknowledged one Church. The term Catholic is a greek word meaning Universal which was coined by St. Ireaneus, Bp. of Antioch to refer to the one Church, since its teaching what was taught at all times and everywhere. Every father in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. cent. said this is the one Church refered to by St. Paul. We have an unbroken apostolic line. Heretical religions are [not?] the Church since they all have their own opinion. Ask yourself, did Christ’s promise fail? No one believed as you before the 16th cent.
(SECOND RESPONSE) Please know the Council of Trent would condemn with anathemas the so-called “fathers” you refer to for some of their teachings! Much earlier than their teachings and much more sound is the New Testament, which is what we must consult anyway (2 Tim. 3:16,17). It refutes the Catholicism of our day. Please change for your SOUL’S sake while you still can. God bless you.

(EMAIL) Dear Brother Dan, thank you so much for your books, The Believer’s Conditional Security and The Myth of Eternal Security which have had a deep life changing impact on all that I do. Would you please answer one outstanding question for me? I minister with some Calvinists who teach God’s unconditional love, summarised as follows: 1.) God loves everyone unconditionally.
2.) God loves everyone the same.
3.) There isn’t anything you can do to earn or deserve Jesus’ love.
4.) Jesus’ love for us is not based on our performance.
5.) There is nothing you can do that would make Jesus stop loving you.
6.) There is nothing you can do to make Jesus love you more or less than He does right now.
Like Eternal Security, I believe that when this is taught particularly to young people it gives them a licence to sin, removes the fear of God and the need for holiness since nothing can separate us from His love. Please share your views from the Scriptures on these points, or direct me to one of your teachings where you have addressed them already. May God use your ministry to spread the truth even more. I too came out of Roman Catholicism and wrote a recent doctoral thesis against it.... I teach in a Bible School in _________ and now I am teaching against Eternal Security to my students, God Bless you.

Thank you for telling us about how our books have touched you. Believe it or not, when I read my own book it stirs me too. The Scriptures cited in those books are not readily known and because of such, church people remain deceived and on their way to hell. It is a blessing to review those Scriptures often.
The issue of God’s love can be a very confusing one, but I might be able to help a little with this enigma. We know God loves even hell-bound Christ-rejecters (Mk. 10:21; John 3:16; etc.). How then can he “hate” some (Jer. 12:8; etc.)? It has to be because He is infinite and capable of loving and hating at the same time AND there is more than one type of love that God has.
The following shows a special love God has for Christians, unlike his general love for all:
Jesus replied, “If anyone loves me, he will obey my teaching. My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him.” (John 14:23)
There are other Scriptures like John 14:23.
MANY unsaved people stumble over God’s love for people and think they are safe from hell because one who loves us will not damn us. The mere fact that God will send MULTITUDES to hell, shows he will send to hell those he loves! The basis of God sending people to hell is NOT his love for us, but if we have a pure heart or not. HOW can God love people, yet send them to hell? Because he is also righteous and just. (God’s perfect and infinite love is NOT like our love.)
PLEASE send us your testimony of coming out of Catholicism. We would love to use it on our web site, if that is okay. We have many Catholics who read our materials and may be helped. How much is your book on Catholicism? If you could also give us a testimony about our books and the eternal security problem in ________, this could help souls from around the world.

(EMAIL) Just bought and am reading your book The Believer’s Conditional Security and find it very compelling, owing mainly to the abundance of scripture text proofs you provide.
I am only 1/3 of the way through it, but you’re already starting to make a believer (in conditional security) out of this OSAS-er....
The only criticism I have so far - from what I have read and listened to of your radio and CD audio segments is that, at times, you seem to make ad hominem attacks upon some of those famed preachers of the OSAS doctrine - to the point of stating positively (or at least implying) that they are absolutely unsaved or are no longer Christians or are definitely going to hell. You may - or may not - be right; but that is for God to judge. You are neither He nor an imposter, the pope. God weighs the hearts of men in the end. So, if I were you, I would be more careful about that, or at least the appearance thereof. There can be a fine line between constructive criticism and self-righteous judgmentalism.
Otherwise, so far from what I have read, I think you are doing a great service to the church! :-) Sincerely,

What we have concluded about the eternal security teachers comes solely from the Bible,
especially Jude. Have you ever noticed that Jude NEVER said even one nice thing about
those who change “grace” into a license for immorality? To agree with Jude is no more
“judgmental” than to agree with any Scripture. Jude said they are hell bound in so many
words.

(EMAIL) I am in _______ at present, spending time with my son (who is a Christian) and his wife who is ____ and not a Christian. The spiritual darkness is so thick and strong here, but I pray earnestly that his wife will desire to know about Jesus and the truth of the Gospel.
What would you suggest as a starting point and Scriptures to share to explain the truth about God. How would you share in this situation? She seems to have no desire to know about Jesus, although she is not opposed to me saying grace and when I occasionally feel it is appropriate to saying something “little”.
Our son is - I don’t think, fully given over to God. He does have faith but hasn’t given all. He is not baptized either and has thus far drawn back from this.
I would really appreciate help in this if you are able to.
Meanwhile I pray earnestly for this nation that is so totally in the grip of Satan, the beautiful people in bondage to fear and trying to placate the spirits. My heart is so burdened for this nation.

We are sorry to read about the situation with your son and daughter-in-law, but your godly concerns are wonderful.
You asked a hard question. Perhaps the best way to try to reach them is to, sincerely from your heart, express your concerns and warn them of their future in hell, unless they change. Tell them it is not you speaking, but Scripture. If necessary, read a few Bible verses to them about hell and Jesus being the ONLY hope of mankind. You might even tell them about the radical change in your own life because of the Lord Jesus. When I saw that you do not even use a correct Bible, I totally disregarded all of your diligent postings. In fact, I loathe the fact that you would misrepresent my Lord and mislead His creation. Now, you are either ignorant, or you are a deceiver. I will give you the benefit of being ignorant and suggest that you study once again using a pure Word of God, preserved by Himself (Psa 12:6-7)

Look up the references in the KJV if you want. There is no pre-trib rapture taught in any reputable translation.
Regarding the KJV issue, you have been indoctrinated to hate translations which God has used to bring about salvations, healings, etc. Furthermore, YOU can not even pronounce the strange words in the KJV much less know what they mean. Other KJV people are the same way.
Finally, if you think Rev. 22:19 condemns all but the KJV, you have added a condition for SALVATION (since that verse refers to salvation and a sin that can negate it) and are spreading a FALSE GOSPEL. Stop trying to hinder Christians from learning God’s truth but magnifying the KJV as the one and only.

I’m not quite handicap with a disease in my spinal cord. I was operated on here in the Philippines in ____, but it was not successful. With your web, listening to your mini-sermons, articles—it had brought me so much joy. I know that at my age of 68, how much time do I’ve left? Only the Lord knows.
What I do know, after being a Christian for the past 45 years, and an avid student of God’s Word, your teachings of the Bible has made my life more complete in the Lord. Your teachings of the Bible made me more aware about these false teachers of the Bible. Of all the many hours spent in the Bible for many years, I discovered that I’m just a novice. That is why I hunger more from your website, being fed daily. I owe you so much.
Seldom, ever rarely, I’m able to attend church anymore. And the church that I had attended, they do believe in OSAS. Sad to say, they are what the dictionary defines as “hard shell Baptist!” When I tried to talk about OSAS, he refuses to hear about it or talk about it.
Here in the Philippines, just trying to find a church that believes in conditional security has been so difficult. Since here, Roman Catholicism has dominated the Philippines from the heathen religion of Babylon. This is not a Christian nation. And Mary is the center of the Roman Catholic Church.... It was wonderful to read that our materials have blessed you. Thanks for telling us. We are grateful to God to be able to “feed the sheep” through Bible teachings especially in a day when the sound churches are almost non-existent anywhere!!!! We get emails from people from around the world who can not find a sound church. You are NOT alone.
You mentioned Catholicism and Mary in your country. The version of Catholicism in the USA is more moderate on Mary SOMETIMES and not as open with Mary as in your country. What kind of Mary-exalting things have you seen in your country? Please send examples, if possible.
Eternal security is demonic and a worldwide problem. If we would never battle any other HERESY, it would be well worth all our efforts to refute this deadly doctrine, which began with the devil himself in Gen. 3:4.
We are VERY BLESSED to have salvation when so many around us remain in darkness and on the road to hell. It seems sometimes the “veil” of deception over their hearts is impossible to penetrate, but we know this is not true. Pride is a major reason why people refuse to repent and submit to the Lord Jesus. False doctrine is another reason why people lack salvation.
The faithful in Christ have exciting and wonderful days ahead, because of our precious Lord Jesus. While we remain in this world, we will be hated and rejected. This world is not our “home” ... GOD BLESS YOU. 1 Cor. 2:9.
