(EMAIL) Could you please advise me of the best version(s) of the bible and possibly a study guide. I would also appreciate your prayers. Any advice for a Christian single guy like me as well as any possible church recommendations in or near ______. I am impressed by your message and your apparent sense of integrity. I am sincerely seeking to live a genuine Christian life - I was raised catholic and have been confused by many persuasive radio or tv evangelists and family loyalties. Thank you and may God bless you and your ministry in Jesus name through the power of the holy spirit .... God bless.
(RESPONSE) We like the NIV. The Thompson Chain Reference Bible is an EXCELLENT STUDY BIBLE ....
Please read the New Testament carefully and change accordingly. Place all 100% of your TRUST IN JESUS for salvation. You must turn from wickedness to God to serve him. As you draw near to God he in turn will draw near to you. This is the BEST move you ever made, that is, drawing near to God.
When I was a Catholic my dear loving family members told me what they thought was true, but it didn’t align itself with Scripture. You will notice the same as you read through the Bible. Remember: Your soul is your MOST VALUABLE POSSESSION. PLEASE PLEASE live, think, act, speak and be motivated by this FACT. Make your life count—serve God. Live with eternity in mind.
WARNING: The Jehovah’s Witnesses and Mormons have a DANGEROUS AND DEADLY MESSAGE. Stay away from them. This link is good for new converts http://www.evangelicaloutreach.org/newconverts.htm
GOD BLESS YOU.

(EMAIL) May God bless you and keep you strong as you face the enemy and call out against all his lies. It is good to see someone who thinks as i do in regards to the rapture. I am 100 percent sure that we Christians will be here when the great tribulation starts. also, i know that there is no such thing as two comings of Christ. It is sad to see how many Christians believe that they\'ll be raptured before the antichrist comes. Unfortunately, many people think that it doesn\'t matter if you believe in a pre or post tribulation rapture but, i know it is very important. It doesn\'t determine your salvation which is by faith; however when the time comes to face what\'s coming ahead, a lot of people will turn back and leave the faith in Christ and turn against their pastors and brethren because they will feel they were deceived.
(RESPONSE) Thank you, thank you for the kind words. No doubt we have yet to fully observe the harm that will occur when serious trouble, like nuclear war occurs, and there is no rapture. MANY Christians could fall away! If you add to the pre-trib rapture the false doctrine of eternal security, then people really have double trouble. These are dark days.

(EMAIL) To Whom It May Concern:
I was wondering if you had any scriptures/insight on why a Christian
should not drink alcohol? I am a firm believer that all Christians
should not drink even a sip. However my husband thinks it is ok to
drink, but not to get drunk (how drunk is drunk to God? When we start
to feel that buzz that means we are already being influenced by it).
We have had many discussions before about this and he said he
wouldn’t drink, but yet he still doesn’t think it is wrong.
We are going to a wedding this week and I want to be prepared to give
an answer to him and his family on why it is not ok to drink
(especially for my husband so he doesn’t continue to feed on that
lie that it is ok to drink and then in return will embrace it later if
I don’t have verses to come against those lies he is believing).
(RESPONSE) See Rom. 14:21 for Christians NOT drinking wine. GOD BLESS YOU.

(EMAIL) I\'m currently reading your book, \"The Believer\'s Conditional
Security,\" and am finding it very informative and more importantly
Scripturally based. Having been raised Southern Baptist I\'ve been
taught OSAS all through my childhood and into my teens. It\'s
refreshing to finally find someone willing to speak out against this
un-Biblical doctrine.
I was curious as to whether you were aware of a study bible called,
\"Life in the Spirit Study Bible\" ? It\'s published by Zondervan and
is available in the KJV and NIV. I own more than half a dozen versions
and study bibles and this is the only Study Bible that doesn\'t teach
OSAS, but instead treats the Security issue from the same point of
view as you teach in your book. Anyway, thanks again for being willing
to speak the Truth and make a stand for what\'s right.
(RESPONSE) Greetings in Jesus’ name.
It is GREAT to read that you know eternal security is false. You are at a GREAT advantage to be aware of this. You stated you are reading our book. Did you get it from us? If not, let us send you a free ministry packet and catalog.
I have heard about the study Bible you mentioned, but don’t own one. Please speak out against eternal security as often as you can. You also need to find another church. To support that congregation with your money and/or attendance is to share in its wicked work.
GOD BLESS YOU. Heb. 3:14.

(EMAIL) Please help me with a concern that I have. Here in _______ there has been an event scheduled for some time (the planning of it started in 2/06). It is to take place on 7/7/07. It is a Christian sponsored event concerning repentance, and also includes prayer, worship, and praise and is being held at ________, the 1st 'religious' event ever held at the ________. The sponsors mentioned the significance of the number 7 as a Biblical number God used a lot concerning the date of 7/7/07 that it is to be held on. I am wondering if this is superstition and I should be wary of this type of thing. In other words does this taint the whole event? Please give me your opinion as this has been bothering me for some time. Thanks for your valued opinion.
(RESPONSE) Greetings in Jesus’ name.
Certainly there are superstitions as you know, but I sincerely doubt that has anything to do with the actual timing of this event. The number 7 is a Bible number which is supposed to be God’s number of perfection. If you are thinking of going, I’d be more concerned over doctrine than the date it is held on.
GOD BLESS YOU.

(EMAIL) I did blasphemed the Holy Ghost. I really did say something evil against him in my mind. I was tempted to do so, I thought he would forgive me still. Before that I also did say something to Holy Ghost,...................I said, "Dumb spirit!"
I want to share the gospel. That people may be saved .... I am hoping to hear from you soon.
(RESPONSE) Greetings in Jesus’ name.
It appears from reading your email that you did NOT blaspheme the Holy Spirit. This unique sin is what Jesus said the Pharisees did by saying Jesus had a demon and by the power of the devil he performed his miracles (Mark 3:22-30).
GOD BLESS YOU.
