Who Raised Jesus

From The Grave?

The question is, who raised Jesus from the grave? The answer is most revealing and important! Scripture shows God raised Jesus. Then we specifically read that it was the Father who raised Jesus. In another Scripture we learn that Jesus raised himself; then finally, the Holy Spirit raised Jesus. Here are the references:

● Jesus was resurrected by God (Acts 2:24; 2:32; 3:15; 3:36; etc.)

● Jesus was resurrected by the Father (Gal. 1:1; Rom. 6:4)

● Jesus was resurrected by Jesus (John 2:19)

● Jesus was resurrected by the Holy Spirit (1 Peter. 3:18)

Who is the

King of Israel?

Similar to the above situation of who raised Jesus is the above question. The answer is:

...The LORD, the King of Israel, is with you; never again will you fear any harm. (Zep 3:15)

[NOTE: LORD stands for YHWH in the Hebrew, which refers to God.]

Then Nathanael declared, “Rabbi, you are the Son of God; you are the King of Israel.” (John 1:49)

Rejoice greatly, O Daughter of Zion! Shout, Daughter of Jerusalem! See, your king comes to you, righteous and having salvation, gentle and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey. (Zec 9:9)

“Say to the Daughter of Zion, ‘See, your king comes to you, gentle and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey.’” (Mat 21:5)
