. . . I’m very happily a prostitute/escort. I don’t have a pimp, I don’t walk street corners, I’m extremely discreet, well educated, and I have an extremely high sex drive. And I would LOVE to know where in the “scriptures” does it say that Jesus cast Mary away, and treated her like she was “beneath” him and every other “follower” of God, because she was a prostitute .... Maybe you people should actually learn from your readings, rather than trying to retranslate something that has been retranslated NUMEROUS times, through NUMEROUS languages. Be a little realistic and use the brain God gave you, instead of the hypocrisy in your hearts. A loving, passionate, spiritual, and honest prostitute.
(Bible Answer) Please know that the Bible does NOT say anywhere that Mary Magdalene was at any time a prostitute. That is a common error but not based on fact. (It might be in the movies, but it’s not in the Bible.) Also, please know that it is impossible to be in sexual sin (as you are) and be a follower of God at the same time. You are not only sinning against God, you are causing others to do the same. This is very bad.
The GOOD NEWS is you can be forgiven and set free from this sin addiction that has you as its slave. You will have to sincerely repent (turn from your sins) and place a submissive faith in JESUS for your salvation though. Please carefully ponder Luke 18:13,14. Please note the following Scripture:
But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars—their place will be in the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death (Rev. 21:8).
You must recognize that your sins are dragging you to the lake of fire. You are not a Christian. You are an enemy of God because of your rebellion to him. You can find spiritual life and hope in JESUS and only in JESUS, if you obey him.
For the vast majority that will read this post, please know that one doesn’t have to be a prostitute to be on the road to hell. There are many fine people and church-goers who will spend eternity in hell, just like the prostitute who wrote us, unless they get Biblically saved and die with a pure heart. You need forgiveness and faithful endurance till the end to enter God's kingdom (Mt. 10:22; Heb. 3:14; Rev. 2:10,11).
(Please know that the Bible has been translated directly from the Greek and Hebrew manuscripts and not retranslated many times, like that prostitute, wrongly think.) Remember, that prostitute spoke from her deceived and dead heart not knowing she is a heart beat away from eternal fire!
