The Hell Poem

Hell Poem (pdf)

The loving Lord Jesus warned of a fiery place called Hell.
It's a terrifying place where the wicked, after death, dwell.
For the devil and his angels it was initially prepared.
To know God's truth about it will surely make you scared.

[Mt. 5:22; 13:41,42; 25:41]

On the wicked dead God will rain burning sulfur and fiery coals.
Getting into Paradise and escaping hell must be your top goal.
God's righteous justice for the lost also includes a scorching wind.
That's directly ahead for all the unrepentant who have sinned.

[Psa. 11:6,7; Mt. 6:33; Jn. 8:24 cf. Rev. 21:8]

If your loved ones died and went to hell, they want you to repent.
If you refuse to listen, thrown into hell fire you too will be sent.

So don't join the multitudes in that horrible dark place.
Be faithful to the point of death; we are saved by grace.
[Lk. 16:28-30; 1 Cor. 6:9-11; 2 Pet. 2:17; Rev. 2:10,11; Eph.2:8,9; Titus 3:7]

Hell is no party, no common grave and is not this life now.
Get it right -- hell is a fiery furnace. Understandest thou?
To follow the crowd, in the end, you'll surely regret.
Take this stern warning to heart -- this is no empty threat.
[Mt. 13:41,42; 7:13,14; Lk. 13:23,24]

Weeping and gnashing of teeth in hell are there, the sounds.
It's where pain, misery, regret and horrible shame abounds.

Some deny hell exists and at the thought mockingly laugh.
People like that aren't of the gathered wheat, but discarded chaff.
[Mt. 13:49,50; 3:12]

The lost souls in hell never hear a kind word or see a smile.
After 5 billion years in the lake of fire, it's only been a little while.

Time becomes meaningless for eternity in the fiery lake.

May those simple truths strike terror and cause you to awake.
[Mt. 25:30; 25:46]

The raging eternal fire of hell must be avoided at all cost.
Nothing there is desirable among the eternally lost.
If it causes you to sin, get rid of your hand, foot or eye.
Better to be dismembered now, if necessary, so in the end you don't fry.

[Heb. 10:27; Mark 9:43-48]

The Lord Jesus is eternal life and the only savior of man.
Those are the basic facts and true salvation plan.
Jesus must be our salvation focus -- the object to our faith.
Jesus is the only way to the Father and one who can make us safe.
[1 John 1:2; 5:12; Jn. 14:6; Acts 4:12; 20:21; Eph. 5:5-7; Titus 3:7]

There will be no annihilation in hell of lost souls there.
If you die in your sins there'll be no one to help or care.
The wicked from Sodom and Gomorrah are suffering still.

To know the truth about hell can give you a frightful chill.
[Lk. 16: 23-31; Jude 7]

Being eternally lost is the greatest danger in the universe, whole.
Submit to the Lord Jesus and of your life give him full control.
Don't allow the unrighteous to influence you with their sinful ways.
Follow Jesus, putting God's word into practice all your days.
[Eph. 5:24a; Luke 9:23; 1 Cor. 6:9,10; 15:33; Lk. 8:21]

Fear God who alone can destroy, in hell, both body and soul.
The soul is destroyed there but not annihilated, according to the scroll.
After 1000 years plus the antichrist and false prophet will still be in fiery torment.
The lake of burning sulfur is where the lost go for eternity to be spent.
[Mat 10:28; Rev 19:20 cf. 20:10]

It's the devil's lying tactic to desensitize by using hell as a cuss word.
Hell is a real prepared place where the condemned go, according to the Lord.
The fiery lake is for the cowardly, unbelieving, vile, murderers, sexually immoral,
Those who practice magic arts, idolaters and all liars -- not the righteously moral.

[Mt. 23:33; Rev. 21:8]

Hell is full of millionaires, Hollywood stars and super athletes.
It further contains kings, presidents and many other exalted elites.
Religious founders and leaders have gone to hell after they departed.
Such unrighteous people died, then their fiery punishment started.
[Mt. 13:49,50; 1 Cor. 6:9-11]

If you are a Christian now, you have the best this life offers.
The real true value is in the Lord Jesus and not in the coffers.
Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.
We must hold firmly till the end to share in Christ and therein be found.

[2 Cor. 9:15; Rev. 3:11; Heb. 3:14; Rev. 2:10,11]

So don't ever envy the wicked regardless the case.
They're all headed for this fiery and nightmarish place.
Hell is at your life's end, if at that point your heart is impure.
So stay with Jesus and from him don't ever be lured.

[Prov. 24:1; Mt. 5:8; 10:22; Rev. 22:15]

Everything that causes sin and all who do evil, into the fiery furnace will go.
God cannot be mocked, you will surely reap what you sow.
You must sow to please the Spirit and not give up to reap eternal life.
That is true grace teaching about salvation and the afterlife.

[Mt. 13:41,42; Gal. 6:7-9; Titus 2:12]

If you give up following the Lord Jesus and never turn back around.
Your name once written in the book of life will surely not be found.
Fight hard and live holy for no one gets out of fiery hell.
Those are the disturbing facts, which all Christians should openly tell.
[Ex. 32:33; Psa. 125:5; Heb. 12:14; 2 Pet. 3:11]

When you die, if you are like most, you'll be thrown into fiery torment.
So come out from among the deceived and sinful and sincerely repent.
If you're faithfully following Jesus now, you might be the only one around.
The truth is, too few are really saved from hell even in your whole town.
[Mt. 7:13,14; 2 Cor. 6:17; 2 Pet. 3:9]

This life that will determine your eternity is but a test.
Only one thing really matters and that is the very best.
Jesus died so we can escape hell and be spiritually purified.
All of the aforementioned can, in your bible, be verified.
[James 1:12; Rev. 2:10-12; Titus 2:14; 2 Tim. 3:16,17]

Jesus also taught to the end we must endure to be saved.
Many of the once redeemed backslid and again became sin enslaved.
Don't be deceived about the Christian life, you can still go to hell;
If you turn to follow Satan again, then die, in torment you too will dwell.

[Mt. 10:22; 2 Pet. 2:20-22; Mt. 10:1-4 cf. Mk. 14:21; 1 Tim. 5:11,15]

If you are a backslider, you can return to salvation and the Lord.
Such is as it is written down in God's eternal word.
If you disown the Lord Jesus, he'll disown you too.
Such is saved by grace teaching and nothing new.
[Lk. 15:24; James 5:19,20; Rom. 11:20-22; Mt. 10:33; 2 Tim. 2:12]

Jesus shed his blood and died on the cross to save us all from hell.
That is the redemptive price Jesus paid, I must boldly tell.
You must love Jesus first and before all others to be, of him, worthy.
Anyone who does not take his cross and follow Jesus is unworthy.
[Col. 1:20; 1 Pet. 1:18,19; Heb. 9:28; Mat 10:37,38]

Unquenchable fire beyond the grave does exist if you believe it or not.
You should never doubt or scoff at such a factual thought.
Denying hell is awaiting the lost, won't change a single thing.
The only hope is to repent and faithfully follow Jesus, the king.
[Lk. 3:17; 19:14 cf. Rev. 17:14; Acts 4:12; Jn. 14:6]

The Lord Jesus repeatedly taught and warned of hell.
The lukewarm, out of Jesus own body, he himself will expel.
Hell is located in the searing hot center of the earth.
Those who die impure will regret the day of their birth.
[Mt. 12:40 cf. Acts 2:27; Rev. 3:16; Mark 14:21]

Some wrongly think they are saved from hell, based on God's love.
Universalists deny anyone will go to hell, but are assured heaven above.
The devil has many deceived about what hell is and their need to be saved.
Hell continues to gobble up religious souls and not just the wildly depraved.

[Mark 10:21; Rev. 21:27; Mt. 23:15; Gal. 1:8,9]

If you go to hell in the end it will be your own fault.
No one is predestined to go there, in contrast to that cult.
God doesn't want anyone to perish in hell, so get it right.

You can still come to Jesus and become a child of the light.
[Jn. 12:32; 2 Pet 3:9; 1 Thess. 5:5]

Mary's scapular promise about not suffering eternal fire is a big lie;
It shows the interest of the devil and how Satan can be religiously sly.
Only one hope remains for us all, from eternal hell fire, to be saved.
That sole hope points to the Lord Jesus Christ whose life, he gave.

[2 Cor. 11:14; 1 Tim. 1:1; Acts 4:12; Jn. 10:17,18]

It is never worth going to hell over any person or evil.
Change immediately regardless the possible upheaval.
Forever is a very long time, so long we can't comprehend.
Tell one and all about hell, including your family and friends.
[2 Cor. 6:2; Mt. 28:19,20]
