Who's your "COVERING"?
This is often a 'gotcha' question, asked WITHOUT any basis in scripture, after the questioned lets out that he doesn't "go to church".We are fully accountable for ourselves; we MUST NOT just trust any person spiritually. WHY? Because this is a time of GREAT DECEIT, especially from false prophets and false teachers. In fact, we are warned to be on our guard so that we may not be carried away by the error of the lawless and fall from our secure position (2 Pet. 3:17). We are also warned again in the following verses.

The Demonic Unscriptural Scenes in Jesus' Movies
For whatever reason, MANY - IF NOT ALL, movies trying to depict the life of the Lord Jesus Christ, have inserted words and scenes that are NOT IN GOD'S WORD; yet many watching these fabrications will not realize it and could, as a consequence, be lethally deceived.Especially Mary, the mother of Jesus, has been given a semi-prominent role (or more elevated at times), when such elevation is NOT found in scripture. The real Mary of the Bible is hardly seen in the New Testament, especially once Jesus started his earthly ministry. In fact, the Apostle Peter NEVER mentioned Mary at any time for any reason, even though several of his sermons are recorded in Acts and even though he wrote two books of the NT. In contrast, the Jesus' movies are not so silent about Mary.
For example, the 'Passion of Christ' movie had such disgusting and misleading scenes of Mary around Jesus, in contrast to the Bible which shows no such Mary presence at those times! Again, those additions could be spiritually disastrous for some. Our focus MUST REMAIN ON THE LORD JESUS CHRIST 100%, without any hope or help from Mary or anyone else. It is NEVER Jesus AND Mary. We are to go directly to Jesus for salvation, healing, etc. Mary is not to be considered for anything.
Remember the foregoing point about departing from scripture when watching Jesus' movie scenes.

Never forget God has two sides - KINDNESS and STERNNESS (Rom. 11:22), and both should be readily mentioned. To focus exclusively on one, to the omission of the other, will present a lopsided wrong view, which could cause potential harm. The PRECIOUS Lord Jesus' compassion would be under his "kindness".
One such example, of clear proof of Jesus' compassion, is when "Jesus wept" with those who wept at Lazarus tomb.

Acid Test Question for a Catholic you might think is saved
IF you encounter a Catholic, who seems biblical, ask him: WHO is your 'LIFE, sweetness and hope'?
His two possible answers:
- (1) IF he says: JESUS - tell him he is CORRECT, but such a response is not Catholicism and contradicts the Rosary, which destructively states 'Mary is our life, sweetness and hope'. You also need to tell him that he needs to leave Catholicism over that reason, as well as other reasons.
- (2) IF he says: MARY, which is what the Rosary declares, tell him that is violently unscriptural and idolatrous and that unless he changes and places 100 % of his SUBMISSIVE FAITH AND TRUST IN THE LORD JESUS for his soul's salvation, he will be eternally lost.
