Isaiah said this because HE SAW JESUS' GLORY AND SPOKE ABOUT HIM. (John 12:40,41)Isaiah did NOT see the father - Jn. 6:46; 5:37, but Isaiah saw Jesus' glory (before he came to earth) as "the King, the LORD Almighty." That is clear and destructive to some false teachers.
Combine also the next 2 verses: though they are found in different parts of the Bible - written thousands of years apart - they are in agreement and reinforce one another, as the Word is Eternal, existing before creation.

How Dangerous are False Prophets?
False prophets are DECEIVERS (Mt. 24:11). Ahab believed the false prophets and was mortally wounded in battle (1 Kings 22:12-37). As bad as that is, infinitely worse is believing a false plan of salvation (one which does NOT result in salvation) from a false prophet.- The shocking thing, about some people under the deadly influence of a false prophet (such as the Jehovah's Witnesses and the Mormons), is that they continue to defend their leaders, even after presented with their false prophecies. Scripture addresses people such as these:

Could Donald Trump Really be the Antichrist, as some think?

How is it you don't understand that I was not talking to you about bread? But be on your guard against the yeast of the Pharisees and Sadducees." Then they understood that he was not telling them to guard against the yeast used in bread, BUT AGAINST THE TEACHING OF THE PHARISEES AND SADDUCEES. (Mat 16:6-12)
The disciples were thinking on a LOW EARTHLY LEVEL about natural bread, while Jesus spoke on a spiritual and higher level about the DANGER OF FALSE DOCTRINE ("YEAST"). They missed what Jesus was saying.

I SAW THRONES ON WHICH WERE SEATED THOSE WHO HAD BEEN GIVEN AUTHORITY TO JUDGE. AND I SAW THE SOULS OF THOSE WHO HAD BEEN BEHEADED BECAUSE OF THEIR TESTIMONY FOR JESUS AND BECAUSE OF THE WORD OF GOD. (Rev 20:4)The foregoing also means some "judging" will not come from God alone! Additionally we have this next passage:
Do you not know that THE SAINTS WILL JUDGE THE WORLD? And if you are to judge the world, are you not competent to judge trivial cases? Do you not know that WE WILL JUDGE ANGELS? How much more the things of this life! (1 Cor 6:2,3)

Bible FACTS vs Religious FANTASIES - which do YOU treasure?
[BIBLE FACT] Jesus addressed Mary as "Woman" at the Wedding at Cana (John 2:4) and from the cross (John 19:26).[BIBLE FACT] The ONLY term Jesus called his mother was "WOMAN".
[BIBLE FACT] Jesus called various other females "Woman" (with the same Greek term):
- The Samaritan Woman (John 4:21);
- The Canaanite/Syrophoenician Woman (Matthew 15:28);
- The Woman Bent Over (Luke 13:12);
- The Woman Taken in Adultery (John 8:10); and
- Mary Magdalene - Jesus called her "Woman" too (John 20:13).
The novel Catholic term "New Eve" is supposed to signify Mary cooperating with her Son in the redemption of humanity. [IF such were true based on her being called "woman", then the other females Jesus also called "woman" were also part of the New Eve and involved in humanity's redemption.]
[BIBLE FACT] At other times, Mary was referred to, by Christians, as the "mother of Jesus" (Acts 1:14) or merely a woman "born under law" (Gal 4:4), but NEVER as the 'New Eve'.
[RELIGIOUS FANTASY] Catholicism, unlike God's word, has given Mary multiple hundreds (maybe thousands) of exalting names and titles that are unscriptural, highly misleading and idolatrous. In fact, the fantasy Mary of Catholicism has become a RIVAL of the Lord Jesus Christ via her titles.
